How to install your Virtual Backgrounds for a Zoom meeting:
1) Save your new backgrounds to a convenient location on your computer.
2) Once you've entered your meeting, select the up arrow next to your Video button in the lower left of your screen. (If you’re not in a meeting, click the gear icon in the upper right of Zoom’s welcome screen)
3) Select "Choose Virtual Background" from the pop-up list.
4) Above the default backgrounds provided, click the "plus" icon
5) Select "Add video" or "Add image" and navigate to your saved files.
